Strange tonight. Everything seemed to be good tonight. Hanging out with Michael and his gf was nice, theyre good people. Jimmy kinda been worryin me, wonderin if hes okay. crying is a normal release, I'm sure your body felt like you needed it in some way. It's nothing to worry about, alot of things can make the human body want to do things that the conciouns mind isn't aware of until it happens.

Don't worry about it, worrying only makes life harder....
