There's something about drumming and OMming in a circle that really reverberates throughout your body. In both cases, I left with my legs still buzzing.

The cool thing about this conference was that I only attracted people who were pretty comfortable with themselves. Normally at a spiritual/self-improvement conference/seminar I have been a magnet
