It was 98 degrees when my car decided that it needed a cool-down. No idiot lights came on, it just said no mas. So now I'm sitting in a Starbucks, in a comfy chair waiting for a 5:30 call with a client. Wouldn't that be great? At least it would all make sense at the time, instead of at best in hindsight.

I so hear you on this! I had a flat today, and I was wondering that same thing.

Although I did get to work during a break in the rain, funny how that happened. Just 90 minutes late. ;)

She ran just fine this morning, though I only drove her to the train station a couple miles from home. Thought she deserved a break.
