i'm sure you've heard all this before, but you really shouldn't go for under 1000 calories.. i believe 2 tbsp. of peanut butter generally has around 180 calories, and bread typically 70/slice (both of those being the original, not low-fat versions) - but the problem is most people don't correctly judge the serving size, so i guess i would make sure you know how much you're using.
and breakfast is important, especially if you're on a diet - so try not to skip it!
you need to be eating enough for your body to lose weight, too low of an intake will just slow your metabolism WAY down and the reason you may be feeling tired is if you're only getting 600 calories a day.
yeah actually my doctor told me that i should eat breakfast. i tried this morning. i ate a nutri-grain bar and a diet coke. lol. i dunno, 1000 calories is more than i got when i wasn't on a diet, lol. oh well. <3
basically everything manda said...under a thousand...definitely not good for losing weight, i know unfortunately. anyway...eat fruits/veggies...get plenty of sleep...exercise and just cut back on servings/size, etc...
anyway i should probably take my own advice on part of it but we're all trying, lol.
