Paw-paws, pies and paintings

My Tuesday night watercolor class continues to be the high point of my week. Last Tuesday, our instructor (who grew up in Omaha) brought some paw-paws and their foliage from Nebraska for us to use as a still life. I had heard of paw-paws but had never actually seen one. I love paw-paws! I went paw-paw hunting many many times back in Missouri. There's a restaurant up at Disney World that has an amazing paw-paw/lime salad dressing.
