1) drink heartily before and during your 80's night experience

2) don't wear anything you care about so when someone you know or don't know spills their beer or whatever on you, your not too upset

There used to be a bar in college park that you would have to wear special shoes to. (Not required, but recommended) these shoes would have to be of the quality that, if they happened to get stuck to the floor you wouldn't feel bad leaving them behind.

lol this place isn't as bad - but it's really hot, and small - and packed - so inevitably people will knock in to you, spill on you, or cause you to spill.
