Wow. So Elevation was amazing. I am so lucky to be able to hav been a part of that. I mean when i think about it, how many other talented musicians are there out there my age that could have taken my place? But it was me, i got that amazing opportunity. the college stuff is stressful. wondering if you are going to the right college let alone choosing the right major (so now is the time you decide what you want to do for the rest of your life! fun huh?). eric's mom sent me this card when she knew i was struggling with making decisions a few months ago. i think you'll like it. it said:
"I beg you...to have patience with everything unresolved in your heart and try to love the questions themselves as if they were locked rooms or books written in a very foreign language. Don't search for the answers, which could not be given to you now, because you would not be able to live them. And the point is, to live everything. Live the questions now. Perhaps then, someday far in the future, you will gradually, without even notiving it, live your way into the answer...that lady was right. just listen. you will know whats right for you and even if you don't go to the greatest college or the best university, you are smart enough, talented enough, beautiful enough, and passionate enough to ( ... )
