I don't think you understand how well those two lines encompass my friendship with Lexi, and our preferences in men.

I am always afraid that I am a terrible/mediocre writer and people tell me "you're good" because they are nice. I do the exact same thing.

Where's the disconnect?

I am embarking on the most shallow endeavor of my life- the pursuit of a male model. There is really no way I can justify this, he's not that bright, he's not my type, and I doubt we have much in common. My only goal for is to come out of this relatively unscathed with bragging rights.

It didn't really hit me until today how much more accepting college is, I never would have had the guts to pull off such a short haircut back in high school.
