If asked, many would say that the highlight of summer in Oswego is Harborfest. This four day event features the all of life's essentials, good (but mostly bad) music, thousands upon thousands of sweaty, smelly people, horribly over priced solid grease sold as food, scores of little shops that sell crafts and other junk also terribly overpriced, and
