Life is good.

Thursday - My parents, Josh, and William's parents arrive in Kearney
Friday - I get my Master's degree. 3.94 baby wooot.
Saturday - Drive to Wichita (5 hours), lunch in Salina, KS with the family, and my bridal shower at 4pm
Sunday - We're getting MARRIED!
Wednesday - We're moving to Las Cruces, NM.

 Isn't it crazy when you are in that really great, freakin' amazing relationship and the happiness is just so normal? Gah, I love this kid. I've been working non-stop on my thesis and totally being the worst girlfriend EVER lately. Ahhhh!!!!!!! William was accepted at New Mexico State University WITH funding and the possibility of grants and internships. I couldn't be more proud of all his hard work :)

I think William can tell that I'm a little stressed about our little situation, so he gave me a little surprise today: a little, tiny pair of diamond earrings. I absolutely love them :)

I love when guys give us gifts for no reason other than to be nice. 

You know, I just saw pictures of Katie that Bethany posted on Facebook. It gave me the chills, again. I just feel like most of the time, since I don't regularly hang out with Merrimack peoples, I can pretend the whole cancer thing didn't happen. It did happen.

 Yet again, all my newly found grad student friends are leaving. This is by far the worst part about grad school! It is only two years long, and most people here finish in a year and a half.  Saw Bolt and it made me very, very happy. Gah, I love happy movies. That is how life should be all the time.

I also love Freecycle. If you aren't part, you should join. I get rid of all my crappy clutter and get new not-as-crappy clutter :)

 I found a photography student at WSU that is willing to do all the photography at my wedding for FREE! No time restriction, all the editting, and she has a great sense of creativity! I'll post pictures as soon as I get back to work tomorrow, but she is incredibly talented. I'm really excited because I have been looking for one FOREVER it seems. I ( Read more... )
