I can't get rid of this damned headache. 8 days of pounding at my temples is making me a little crazy. Fortunately I'm not prone to headaches at all and only have a bad one every few years. I have spent almost 3 hours preparing my first ever apple pie (and it will take that long to clean up the mess). It just went into the oven and will bake for 50 minutes. Wish me luck! -

200 Monkeys
I love monkeys. The pet store was selling them for five cents a piece. I thought this was odd since they were normally a couple thousand. I decided not to look a gift horse in the mouth so I bought 200 of them. I like monkeys.

my birthday
I turned 30 on May 30 and my two closest friends forgot my birthday! So did a few other people. Gah. I was so sad :(
Anyway, my mom and sis and hubby took me to the Chart House for some lava cake. I was sick for three days from the overdose of sugar, but oh.....I would totally do it again in a heartbeat. Sooooooooooooooooooooooooooo yummy. Probably ( Read more... ) -
Symphony in Panama Canal
This is too cool, I looked at the Panama Canal on Google Earth and spotted Crystal Symphony transiting a lock (I think...it might be Crystal Harmony). Sigh. I really miss those cruises!!!!!
