Post Pictures on LJ?

I am trying to post my scrapebook LJ to my journal LJ, but when I do an attachment is asking for the URL number. Does anyone know what that number is, or how to get it?

If you want to upload pictures to LJ, I'm pretty sure you need to put them on an image hosting site first (I use www.photobucket.com ... it's free!) Once you upload those, the site will assign a URL for each picture you can use.

I am already using the scrapebook on LJ, but just can't figure out how to use it.
