haven't posted in awhile. there's a lot to say but i'm not sure if i'm up for saying it. sunday nights? a buzzkill at the best of times. and my electrolytes were low today. drinking 'NOS' energy drink provided a brief lift, but left me worse off than when i started. 1. the classic: greasy breakfast food followed by a generous glass of orange juice.
2. the upstart: buying 'guarana' and 'taurine' enhanced energy drinks like 'monster' and getting right on with it. these leave you feeling worse though.
basically it depends how much time you've got to recover.
