I made the mistake of cooking all the fake beef at once....now I only cook about 1/4 of it and keep the rest frozen since I'm the only one in my family not eating omnivorously. Tricky marketing bastards.

Alas, I have extremely limited freezer space (i.e. my landlords let me keep some frozen veggies and a bit of meat in their freezer and I don't like to abuse that privelege)...

Eugh. If it's not one thing, it's another, right?

If the weather would act properly, at least it would be cold enough outside for it to be kept there [at least around here. It's warmer in Massachuetts than it was in Louisiana. That's messed up.]. But you can't win them all...especially against global warming.

I don't know how strict of a vegetarian you are, so you could either use real eggs or egg substitute to make an omelette of sorts. :) You could also make burgers for yourself.

Oooh, burgers is something I could do with them...hmm...flour would make it keep the shape a bit, right?

And I'm not actually a vegetarian :) Just trying random meat alternatives because it's healthier and cheaper than eating meat all the time!
