I'm at a loss of words at the moment.
I got an e-mail just a little while ago (It's a little after 5:30 right now) from someone who I don't even know. I thought it was just another piece of junk mail. But I opened it anyway.

Kristin! That's fantastic. Just being nominated sounds like a great honor, and that sounds like an awesome opportuniy. You should totally try for it-I think you would do wonderful with it!!! :)

i know several people who have applied for watsons, and i know one of the people last year who got a watson. WHAT an amazing experience. clearly, it's worth going all out for.

and if/when reality sets in for both of us (because I've thought about applying for it since freshman year as well), we'll pick up the pieces of our dreams and figure out some other way to realize then.

but for NOW...what kick-ass dreams we can have!!!!!!!
