Hair Crisis, I Need Your Advice!

So I just dyed my hair black again (love it) and now I'm ready to go get it cut. Should I give it a blunt cut to just below my chin while leaving the bangs long, but shorter than the overall hair length and make the ends point (not blunt) to comb over and sweep into the rest of the hair? Or should I do layers again this time make sure that the

1) blunt cut bangs, just over your eyes
2) the rest, just short of chin length, straightened and jagged edged -- NOT curled under or bobbed!

I can't actually do bangs. They're hard to grow out and it will make me look like a child.

you can get bangs if they arent liek, straight across kiddie bangs. you could get wispy bangs or choppy bangs...

id get let a good stylist just do it up.

yes, blunt cut like with a rusty blade. not straight across -- that'd make you look like a big ol dyke.

and get your hair straightened beforehand -- it's $20 at this PR place i know uptown.
