Getting back into shape is painful, but exhilarating. I maxed out at 165 today on the bench press, and I'm pretty glad that my max is increasing every month. I remember a few months ago, I could barely even lift 125. I feel strong, but not RAWR-STEROID ABUSE RAWR strong. I don't have to be that strong, but heck, I'm glad that I still got something
