I have arrived safely in New Orleans. I slept pretty hard on the bus here, which is unusual for me. I am still feeling kinda tired, and I think I am gonna take a nice shower, finish my wine/orange juice drink, and pass out.

Well, you've heard of mimosas, right? That's champaigne and o.j...and maybe white wine would work better, but I had red, and I couldn't drink it straight. I have also tried cutting it with PomWonderful, which is tasty as well.

I certainly understand questioning my culinary tastes-they are often very out there-but often VERY interesting and awesome!! (I was just having this conversation with a friend while making food with her...I really had to convince her that we ought to use my idea for a dish we were making, and she was also skeptical, but it was SOOOOOO good in the end!!)

haha, yeah it was! who thought that chicken seitan would be ok with all that other shit we threw in. yum yum. I'm still skeptical about the wine and orange juice, though...

Ha! Yeah, well...the wine and oj is definitely not nearly as tasty as that dish we made. It's more an intersection of being too cheap to get good enough wine, but still wanting to drink...
