one time, as i lay in bed dreading the next school day and the unfinished assignment that was inching ever closer to me, i prayed that i'd somehow receive an extension. and i did. an unexpected dusting of snow came our way and i was saved. only problem was, i still didn't do the work. there's a calvin and hobbes storyline that follows my unfortunate tale almost verbatim. it's a sad, sad day when you realize that your life periodically coincides with calvin's.

That my friend is a true and very real thing that has happened to us all. Its understandable that calvin would coincide with your life. Calvin is the Ei Ching of wisdom.
