Should Personal Responsibility Play A Role In The Health Care You Receive?
People need to do their part to stay healthy, but is it right for doctors to refuse to treat patients with self-destructive vices--  Smoking, drinking, overeating

 I am just utterly dumbfounded by how much District 2 cares about their custodians.
