Wow, that is dark. I think the dark depressing hole Wilson thought House would be at may have turned out to be more true for Wilson. And the dark place is in his head.

I hope when season 8 starts they don't sweep Wilson's emotional state under the rug.

I got the distinct impression Wilson was lying in that scene where he talks to the police officer at the end of Moving On. Now, for what reason is unclear, but I would agree that the description of the dark depressing hole fits more with Wilson's mindset, particularly in this ficlet.

I know this drabble is pretty dark and not even a bit hopeful, so I really appreciate you sticking with it (and commenting!). I was a little nervous to post it since it was so dark, but I'm glad some people are finding it fitting.
