It means graceful, beautiful and heavenly. Moon is her last name naturally. as is mine......

It's hard to think of "harmonious" without thinking of "pretty."
It's more of a mixture I think. There aren't just universal "touching to the tongue" names, unless you add your own style to them. Hm, I think
