I went hiking today. I realized that PA hiking is about as fun as beating oneself with a stick (not speaking sado-masochistically either). Though Lauren complained about the hiking every 5 min or so, it was vigorous, and I am glad I went. I have sat in this cursed chair for far too long, and I doubt it's good for my back as well.
