Ending comm..

Sadly, since the show is cancelled, I'm not sure what to do with community anymore. I guess sadly, i'll leave it up to the other 2 mods that are associated with the account to decide what to do. If no word, or comments, i'll delete in a week with a 30 day window to re-open.

can't you just close the community so people can still look at all this stuff?

Did I miss something? I didn't think there had been an official cancellation yet. I know chances are very slim that it'll be picked up for next season, but I don't think anyone should delete the comm until it's 100% sure it's canceled. It might be a good place to keep updated on dvd news or something, anyway. JMO.

Sadly, but it's pretty much gone. Britt has been cast in a new show, another network has a Kris deal. It's sad, but i'm pretty sure it's gone. :(

I'm still in denial that it is truly over. If this community is closed it will feel ~too final! We could always leave it open for news on the actors? Their current projects and stuff.

I'm mainly a lurker in this community but I think that even if it gets cancelled you should leave the community. Queer as Folk has been over for 6 years and there are still active communities.

I agree with all of the above. It'll be nice to keep the comm - maybe we could have a rewatch/discussion over the summer?
