Monday December 5th- Sumara's house almost 5:00 pm

Jan 23, 2009 17:51

Sumara was sitting on the couch relaxing after a long morning and afternoon getting all the details for her little study party sorted out. She probably could have used the time to study instead of making everything look perfect and getting all the snacks and food ready, but she was too excited at the thought that people might actually be coming to ( Read more... )

Jiro half ran up to the door of Sumara's house. In one hand, he was holding a worn paper with scribbled words. In his other hand, he was latched onto Kimihiko's wrist, dragging the boy with him.

They had been out all day job hunting for Jiro with no success. Kimihiko happened to mention finals while they were out, reminding Jiro that he had yet to study for them. Coincidentally, when he got home, he found a flyer about Sumara's study group at home that he had gotten from school. He needed to study, so why not use this as an opportunity?

He had dragged Kimihiko along so that he would get the directions right. Arriving late would mean losing valuable studying time. Tuesday would be spent at work, so this was Jiro's last chance. When he went to knock on the door, Jiro tripped on his own feet causing him to more fall into the door than knock.

Sumara just sat her books down on the table after retrieving them from her room when she heard a sound at the door. It sounded more like a thump than a knock, but she quickly walked over to the door hoping there was someone there.

As she opened the door, she saw the two boys standing there, well one seemed to be more unbalanced than the other. She recognized one as being jiro Mimura since he showed her more around town not too long ago. She didn't know who the other one was though, but she didn't mind since she still didn't know who a majority of the people were at her school.

"Hey Mimura-san. Its good to see that someone has actually shown up. Come right in and make yourself at home. I have snacks in case we get hungry during all our studying. And it looks like you brought a friend too. Introduce me after you come inside", she said while beckoning them to enter her house.

"Thank you, Yumeki-chan," Jiro said bowing quickly before following her. He was still dragging Kimihiko by his wrist, but the other boy didn't seem to mind. When he was in the room, he gave a quick look before remembering he still had an introduction to make. "Looks like we're early. Kimihiko, this is Yumeki Sumara. Yumeki-chan, this is Kimihiko. He plays guitar in my band."

Sumara smiled at them both glad that they came. "Its very nice to meet you Kimihiko. I find it very cool that you both are in a band. I'm not musically gifted and almost envy those who can. Once less competition I can enter".
She said the last part with a serious face, but gave a slight chuckle before moving towards the couch area.

"Well you guys can sit anywhere you'd like. Just grab any snacks you want. I'd be a better host, but the crutches make it hard to be very mobile", she said as she started sitting down.

Kurosaki had debated on whether or not he'd go to the study group. Miyavi had already told their Boss that he would be unable to go because he had something else going on. Usually, Kurosaki would show up with Miyavi. It was lonely without the other boy.

He walked towards the door, strangely calm. He was taking in the surrounding environments. When he was full of energy and bouncing off the walls, he would miss the details of the world.

Coming up to the door, Kuro's regained some of his vigour and began pounding on the door yelling, "Kuro's here!"

"Yeah she is lame like that." Kazuya tried to talk over the racket from the door. "You drink up I am going to go let that little bastard in."

Kazuya went back to the door and yanked it open. "Alright we get it!" He said to Kuro

Sumara took another tiny sip of her drink as Kazuya went to get the door. She was glad Kazuya went to go get it because otherwise she would have had to walk over there again. She remembered Kurosaki as the hyper and energetic one. As more and more people came, she realized how less and less she will actually be studying.

When Kazuya opened the door, Kurosaki stopped knocking and looked at Kazuya with a grin while laughing. "Lookie! I made it here!"

Shige was not the type to study anything unless it would benefit him on the streets. Yet, here he was, standing in front of Sumara's door. He had heard about her study group in school, but had completely disregarded it. Tea parties were not his thing. However, it took one simple text message from a friend to get him interested in this group. A little birdie had found out that certain twins would be making appearance. Shige just couldn't let them steal the stage from him.

He didn't bother knocking as he had just seen the ghetto fuck go inside. Instead he just shoved the door open, giving a sarcastic grin to the people inside. "Am I late?"

Kazuya glared as he jumped up. "Get out Shige, you are not welcomed here."

Shige walked into the room, not waiting for an invite. "Aw come on, Nakamura. I have finals to study for, too. It's not fair that you get to have all the smart girls." His eyes glanced over at Ryo in reference to Kitamura.

"I even brought some booze to share," he finished in a light voice, his slick smile never leaving his lips.

Sumara saw shige walking into the room and just knew that this wasn't going to turn out good. She knew they didn't like each other from school and by the warnings Shige gave her about Kazuya. She always liked to give people chances until they proved to her personally that they were a jerk and up to no good. Maybe that was one of her downfalls. Sumara didn't really know what to do, but she decided she should at least say something. She got up and slowly walked to where they were at.

"Hello Sakurai-San. While it looks to me that most here don't want you here, I don't think I'm very able to kick you out", she said hoping it wasn't taken as an insult. She was just telling the truth. Then she turned facing everyone in general.

"How about we all just act friendly or at least tolerant of each other for tonight for all of our sakes, especially mine", she said feeling herself getting more exhausted by the second. She didn't know having a study party could be so tiring.
