When Alison finally realized that the Dazzler would not be able to exist both on stage and on the front line, she made her choice and quietly packed away the glitter and the silk Disco was dead, anyway, and with it her hopes for a life behind the microphone and on CD.
Still, the music was gone, but it was not forgotten. One day, she might hear it again. Every ending carried with it the hope for a new beginning. She just had to wait.
