Nah, I didn't just barely see these movies, but I just barely got here to write about them :P Don't read any further if you, for some reason, do not want me to spoil the movies for you (not that I really care if I do).
Star Wars Episode III
According to Ryan at work "He made this episode to tie all the others together and that's exactly what he did." Barely. The script sucks. The acting stinks. I'm not blaming the acting on the actors, of course. It's just hard to do anything with nothing. All I wanted to see were the fighting scenes. When the acting stopped and the choreography began. But there wasn't even enough fighting to make me feel like the movie was worth my time.
Scenes most disliked: Anakin killing the younglings (sadness :( ). And towards the end when Anakin is nearly burned to death. And what was up with the whole "NOOOOOOO!" scene? It turned out rather goofy-looking and stupid.
Madagascar
Oh, goodness. It's just too funny. Love the lemur king, love the giraffe, love the penguins.
Favourite scene: The penguins have just arrived in Antarctica. It's snowing (duh, what else did you expect). They are the only living creatures in site. They look around, pause.
"Well this sucks."
And what am I watching now? Eh, I just rented Spanglish and Hitch and munching on a Del Taco dinner.
