I'm not a bible-beater and I took offense...I don't know what kind of people YOU hang out with but MY friends here are fine. Sometimes you have to look past a few things first to find the true beauty. My friends aren't racists and they're not partyers. They're religious but not bible-beaters. I'm sorry you feel the need to stereotype the whole school into one group...

i have a question...what is your definition of a bible beatet? bc i'm pretty sure she means anyone that pushes religion on another, or refuses to see someone elses point of view in religion, not necisarily agree but see it...or umm maybe someone that tells everyone else they are wrong unless they have the same oppinion as he or she...now i don't know you or anything but umm why are you taking offense? according to what she is saying if you aren't a bible beater then you aren't racist and you aren't a partier...and there for there is no reason to be upset? she never said it was your friends...but you do have to acknowledge that there are some within our school...more than back in let's say southeast michigan...

if you want me to explain my reasons for saying what I did than you can talk to me, IM whatever, but it would take to long to write them all out on someone else's journal. AND I am too busy doing homework to argue about someone's else's opinions and my own. I apologize for even posting a comment, it's none of my business.

In continuation of my last post, i would like to explain my viewpoint. i have learned not to accept any idea without significant evidence. To me, it sounds like you have encountered a few select people in your community that have opinions that are different from yours and generalized those perspectives. Do you understand that whites are not the only people that can be racist? It sounds like you have some racist tendencies also. What is your definition of a "bible-beater" because I just do not understand your terminology. What do you mean by "religious based problems"? My interpretation of this post is that you are trying to prove to yourself that you are superior to other people. Your subject of this post confirms this: "I am smart, really." "I just say what other people are saying"-are you the messenger of the truth and correct way? The main underlying point of this post that perturbs me is the way you generalize everyone and everything. I am not writing this to patronize you but to ameliorate you to become a more open ( ... )
