I watched a programme about the UK's Eurovision song on Saturday. It was really an excuse for an hour long show that took the Mickey out of people wearing ridiculous costumes and singing terrible songs. That's what Eurovision is all about for me so I enjoyed it

I can't help much with Eurovision, which for me is decidely less enjoyable now that I have developed an intolerance to alcohol, but is still about as close to time travel as I'll ever get, so that's quite fun.

Embedding a video has changed on LJ (they didn't really mention it), so now you have to use the code *lj-embed* and */lj-embed* around a video for it to work (replace * with < or > ).

I don't need alcohol for Eurovision but I do like to have a big pile of snacks in for it :)

I tried doing the embedding thing with the embedding button, I tried lots of different combitations of links but it didn't want to work, phoey!

John Barrowman! What a wonderful idea! I'm sure he would love to perform the Eurvision song, someone should ask him :)
