Honestly, who still thinks having a car alarm is at all worthwhile? Since everyone felt compelled to go out and get a car with one, and they all go off at the drop of a hat, no one pays attention to the blasted things. i don't know if i would go as far as to say that "car alarms are stupid" but it is funny how an alarm will sound for 2 hours and no one will show up to claim it. but i think i would. every time i hear an alarm i check to see if it's one of my friends' cars. then again, i'm paranoid.
