Ok, this was yesterday:

-Freaking Chris out
-my stomach hurting
-then shaking really bad for whatever reason
-then not being able to control how fast I was breathing
-sitting for 20 minutes hyperventilating, shaking, and crying
-my mom finding me like that >-not knowing why on earth that happened
