Well Just came back from Morning inspections of my recruits. Overall it was CRAP!! Lint in drawers. Socks not lined up properly and rolled incorrectly. Shirts not ironed properly and not all buttons done up. soap not cleaned and centred in soap dish. T shirts not folded into a perfect 7x7 inch square. I could go on however I won't. How many days into the course are they?

This is a 13 week BMQ Course. they are now day 3 on week 4. This Friday they have their saluting test to see if they can earn their capbadges. They sort of get weekends off. There is no training on the weekends however with all of the work that has to be done and all the studying they do not have any weekends off. In fact they are CBed the first 4 weekends. This is potentially their first weekend off. However they have not earned it so lets wait and see.
