Vacation was amasing! I had a realy great time. I wrote a little jornal thing while I was away. Ill probebly post it when I get home. There was a lot of crazy shit going on when I got back but other than that every thing was perfect. I quit smoking too! It was a good choice

when i used the patch i had major mood swings too. especially when i went to step 2. watch out, it gets worse! i also had really weird dreams...they felt so real and weirdass shit would happen. haha.
