Second of all: The light does work, I don't know how well or much, but I do know it makes some sort of difference. Botanical garden would probably help, too. Even though it isn't outside, it's nature and life instead of gloomy winter. Sometimes it's important to get creative to get over the doom and gloom that winter brings on.
I'm sorry you are so stressed about school. I know the feeling all too well. I also know that you'll get through it. I don't know if I've told you this, but I am so proud of you, Kis. You took the time you needed off from school, but you went back. And you work so hard to get where you are. So, I just thought I should tell you that (I hope it doesn't sound cheesy)
