My family really like you, Damon. I understand if you don't do families well, but I wanted you to know that. They really do. They way you helped me...they're very grateful.
I'm afraid to leave. I know, it probably sounds crazy, right? But I'm terrified because there's a real world out there and I spent the last...since November hiding from it or numbing it, or whatever else I was doing... And now I have to go function and it scares me shitless. I know I can be me again. You were a big help in that. But being me while there's other things going on like school and work and everything else that comes with really living. It's terrifying.
Maybe you'll come visit and let me show you around Bristol?
They really do. My family are great people. Just watch it though, because my gramma might hit on you. That's not scary if you know my gramma, she's awesome.
I know I've been safe in here, it's out there I'm not so sure of.
I'd go out there with you, the whole time, but I don't think that would help. I want you to call me if anything happens though. You know how quickly I can be there.
