deep breaths.... becoming content with yourself in the end is the only thing that will make this all better and being able to be honestly happy with just yourself.... you are an amazing person, a strong indivdual who can knock anyones socks off but just meeting you....look at the thing tonight....so many college people loved you... you need to realize that life does suck...its a bitch a whole lot of the time but we live for those special moments, and those good friends...and amoung all the fake smiles there are a few real ones...and those are the ones that matter.... remember that you deserve the ultimate best and if your not getting that something needs to change...because no one deserves to sit in despair or depression or even just to be upset over somethign else.... you know im here always...and will talk whenever good luck remember DEEP BREATHS and give a good cry....it helps xoox annie

ps....you know what you have to do to make things better....whether its homework....honesty...trust....or just having a movie day with annie...remember that you know yourself the best and that trusting yourself is what is going to make this better....and days like these better...if you need to call me up at 2 in the morning just so that it can make you sleep do it! if you need to express things to people or tell me how much you love me do it! if you need to cry for hours DO IT!....just do what you need.....THINK what does william yates brennan need right now because if you acutally ask yourself that....its a lot easier to figure out how to get through bad days and how to be happy with wahts around you... ahh i write to much xox annie
