Honestly, I'd rather not get into a passive aggressive discussion with Captain Grammar over there. So I'd ignore the first one and if he continues to message me, THEN I'd tell him to shut up.

For me it would boil down to two options:

1. Message him back saying that "It sucks when there's a lack of trust in a relationship, I'm sure that's been eating away at you for a while now. Lucky for me, I trust my boyfriend and am not bothered in the least by his friendship with Lisa. Our relationship is going strong. Too bad about yours."

2. Ignore it since he is a crazy person.
