Time to start writing again. It's been almost a year. I was very prolific when I was younger. I have volumes and volumes of handwritten journals. You'd think as I got older I'd have more to write about and with the computer it's so much easier. Oh well, I promise to try to do better.

As long as there is a computer around I do the Set Game puzzle every day.  This morning I did it in 21 seconds, a new record for me!  Go me.

It's been awhile since I've updated, but the fact is that nothing's happened.

I've been playing a lot of online poker lately.  I play at either PokerStars or UltimateBet.  Last week I did fairly well and this week I'm giving it all back.  I'm kind of right back where I started.  Next weekend I'll be in Atlantic City and playing at a real poker ( Read more... )

I did that thing this morning where you're driving and suddenly you're somewhere else and don't remember driving. I left home and turned onto Main Street and all of a sudden I was almost at work. It's almost a little scarey when that happens. Where did my mind go during that time?

Since the demise of good radio in Philadelphia I've been struck in a music wasteland.  I listened to the radio all day at work.  I've been able to find some alternatives.  There's always bring my CD's to work.  I've loaded my PC with MP3's.  There's also some decent internet radio including Y100 Rocks! at Live 365, launch.yahoo.com, Netscape Radio, ( Read more... )

I just realized that today was my father's birthday.  He would be 77 if he were still alive.  The strange this is realizing that I am now quite a few years older than he was when he died.

The time has come for me to start a journal.  No idea what I'll say or how often but I'll give it a go.
