Hey I'm moving soon, too. Near my old apartment on Broadway and Redondo. Will we be neighbors... ?? We found a 2 bedroom for $1095 which is super cheap for a 2-bedroom in the heights. Perhaps you'll have good luck, too. All the 1-bedrooms in LBC are in the 8-900 range.

Dawn and I will both tell you -- that extra hundred or so is WORTH it.

haha. Thats actually EXACTLY where i'm looking. I've seen a few good things, but I wasn't prepared to go look yet, so ....shrug. I really want Christen to jump in on this with us too. I think it'll do all three of us a whole lotta good. I'm looking for freedom. Anyway, love you lots....here's to hoping we will be neighbors.
