The family of Evander Lord Warrington would like to announce that the betrothal by contract of Miss Celerity Warrington, aged fourteen, to Thomas Endymion Dashwood, aged sixteen, has been invalidated, and that the marriage will not take place.

Whereas my son Thomas Endymion Dashwood, aged sixteen, has wilfully and without just cause left my household and eloped with one Hadrian Alexander Kyteler, this notice is to hereby forewarn all persons from crediting or contracting with him anything upon my account, for I shall no longer be responsible for any debts or damages arising from his actions. I enjoin his creditors to apply to the Dux Bellorum, who has chosen to harbour the miscreants.
