Wow, I'm really sorry about that last entry, you guys!  I promise not to emote that much on the internet anymore (and thanks for the kind words).  I managed to save a bunch of stuff I thought was ruined, including a poster from a Luck Boys show at Columbia, which is the last time I can remember hanging out with Nicole Kraut.  I miss Nicole!

I'll go veggie with you for a bit.

Also, as the daughter or a hypochondriac, I am well versed positive eating habits (as well as pills for everything but maybe we should steer clear of that). So lemme know if you have queries about things of that nature.

Let's be healthy humans together!

Running plan:
phase in probiotics and a daily vitamin
maintain food pyramid balance daily
come in between 1800 and 2000 calories daily
drink a gallon of water daily
limit caffeine intake (i haven't figured out the particulars on this one yet)

I'm not gonna count burritos because they are a special occasion food and it's really hard to count those as portions of anything but meat (burrito interperetation is subjective and left up to the burrito technician), but I am putting a 2-burrito cap on every week.

A gallon of water might be too much. You don't wanna flush out all your electrolytes.

Also, the food pyramid is no longer considered to be the best ratio. Too much grain, not enough iron or something.

I'm still researching the water thing, but I'm generally picking up that 8 cups of water based beverages is a minimum for a dude my size, and that's before regular exercise. There will probably be some electrolyte replenishing involved.

I heard that, but they decided on a new food pyramid shortly afterwards (i believe the portions no longer correlate with the pyramid shape).

Iron isn't really a factor if i'm taking a multivitamin, it's like two hundred percent of everything that won't kill you if you have too much.
