If it is an option to tell the higher ups at work that you need someone else to help out on the work load, I would try that route. If not, make sure that if you are feeling over whelmed that you take a break from what you are doing. Even a 5 minute break can help with the tension. Go outside, walk around another floor, pretend that you're going to go smoke. There are a few ladies here that go on "smoke-breaks" but really just use it to take a breather outside and walk around for a little bit. You're pretty organized too, so I think that you already map things out in terms of what needs to be done. I know that helps me alot when I'm feeling overstressed.

Finding a good stress release will also help. Excersising and reaching a goal is great. Doing an activity like Lynn said and getting a sense of accomplishment from it also helps alot. An outlet to release the stress and anxiety and have fun while you're doing it will show a gradual increase on your mood.

OK I lied - one last thing. . .
Always remember that you have a beauty that doesn't have anything to do with the physical. You have a selfless spirit that many - including me - envy. You have a sense of humor and a laugh that brings joy to other people. You have the strength to go after what you want, even when it takes years to get it. You deserve everything this life has to offer - including happiness. Find what makes you happy, what your dreams are and follow that, even if it takes a while to get there. Never settle for anything that isn't truly what you want - unless it is just a temporary path to get you to where you want to be.
And every once in a while, give yourself a break for not being 100% perfect - 98% is pretty good I'd say. ;-)
Seriously, though, find a way to shove all the stuff of the world to the side for a little while and spend what Matthew Kelly calls "timefree carelessness" with yourself and those you love.
