So, here's a little info courtesy of the NYS Golden Snowball Contest. Syracuse went from being significantly below average snowfall to being twenty inches above average in only a month and a half. If the total snowfall per month was only dictated by a thrity day period, and not named months, Syracuse would have broken a record for the most ( Read more... ) -

This is why, when I get a car, I will NEVER drive through Pennsylvania in the winter anymore. You see, unlike in New York and New Jersey, apparently Pennsylvania never actually learned how to control snow and ice on the roads there, especially on the interstates. So, we have a fifty car pile-up. -
