Convergys is... ok. I get a good five or ten minutes between calls so it's not too bad. But I suspect they were holding back the call volume this past week because it's a new account and we were in transition

Don't question it at all. Mojo doesn't work if you don't believe.

Just go with it. Take advantage of it while you can; be more assertive because you know you've got it goin' on. But don't be cocky. Nobody likes a cocky bastard. Unless he's rich, that is. So get money, and then you can be cocky too.
