P-p-play along?!
In all honesty, I'm simply under the impression that Memento and Eden like attempting to play match-maker...
[She's just going to keep denying it because she is so freaking confuzzled. Sad thing is she was paired with the correct person.]

To be honest, I'm not sure how I feel about it. That's the problem.
Any conclusions I may draw are certain to be influenced by these "memories", real or no. So in the end, there's little way of knowing if the feelings are genuine or merely the result of suggestion. If the memories are real, then whatever occurred represents a potential that could be reached again in the future. If they're fake... they're fake.
Aside from instances where the apartments were damaged, I haven't noticed anything that I'd consider "punishment", although there have been cases where people were rewarded for playing along during one event or another. Still, I don't approve of acting the part merely in hopes of being rewarded.
[That's probably a good thing.]

I suppose the only thing we can do now is find out how to deal with this in ways we can live with. It's easier said than done.

... it is, yes. I-I saw it too. Or... I remember it, rather. The same thing as you - it's quite vivid. It's the happiest moment that I've remembered, actually... *poor girl doesn't know what to say, though she's not displeased per se* You looked wonderful. It was all quite beautiful.
B-but you're right. It sounds like what I remember, but considering the situation...

I-I'm all right, X. And you?

If you pick up a mythology book, you'll read some strange stuff, but you won't spend hours on end worrying about Zeus's thunderbolt.
[whoops, X, you're rambling. he catches himself and there's another expressional shift]
I'm...I'm doing okay, Fiona. Thanks. I'm a little confused about all this, but...I'm getting by.

I guess, sometimes, our memories are... ah, themed, in a sense.

Anywhere from a week to ten days is what these seem to go for, but I can't personally assure you of that right now either. All we can do is tough it out and hope for the best.
