In the same vein as the last post, I have this one. The idea is stolen from grrrlishgrinRecently, i felt like meeting new people,especially in Chicago (where we will be moving in a few months) and i added a bunch of interesting journals to my friendslist. My journal is several years old and i usually take for granted that people already know where i come from

Even though we've been "friends" for a while I still read this and took something away from it. Thanks for posting. One of my best friends lives in Chicago. I told him you were moving there with Marion and I think you guys might have some stuff in common so you've already pretty much got one built in friend there, his name is Joe Rieman, he doesn't have a LJ though. He has a My Space! As lame as it is, look him up.............. tell him I sent ya!

I am glad you learned a bit more about me! that was the whole idea. It is hard to condense yourself into a list, but picking certain aspects of yourself to highlight may illuminate things that you rarely mention but that you still feel makes up who you are.

im janell, nice to meet you. some thing to know about me:

-my boys are amazing
-i read, constantly
-i ref for the charm city roller girls
-im really an old pinoy lady in a young black chicks body
-grammar and spelling can sit in it, i refuse to use any sort of spell checking programs to spite them
-i survive mainly on cereal and beef
-if i ever have a band we will be called, "the fresh rodnies!"
-i dont trust people without core contradictions
-a persons voice is a deal breaker
-i cultivae weirdness and awkward situations, you should too
-i have known most of my friends for over ten years and worry that they have made me lazy relationship wise. the established folks get that i dont call or hang out alot. but i never forget birthdays and am always willing to do something stupid on short notice.
-i love food, food tastes good. but i have crazy things about eating. i cant watch others eat.

that is awesome... i have met some really cool kids in Baltimore. A good friend of mine has a 10-year-old, and he is so much fun.

Ah, the Roller Girls. I know some gals who do that, but i've never been to a bout.

yes, the roller girls. you should really come to a bout before you move, there is one the 25th of this month!

16months! that doesn't give you much time to be rolling about with the girls. how do you manage? does your 33yearold boy take over for the evening?
