Well, last weekend was Father’s Day weekend and I think this is the first time that I have not had a big family dinner at my Granny’s place and spent time with my Dad. He was busy pretty much all weekend and then my Mom got sick with what she thinks was food poisoning (again, another reason not to go to the local Red Lobster). Then Dad said that

So, did you go karaoke Tuesday night? When I get back into town from my internship, we'll have to go karaoke together, too. Like we did just before I left. That was fun...I know what you mean about our other friend not being there, though. But he's still a part of our lives; just because there is a physical distance between us, does not mean we cannot be together.
I'm also very happy for you deciding to start that Pleasure Book; I'm glad to have helped spark such a positive thing for you :-)
