Eaten up with anger

Ok, so I am sitting here *seething* with anger. I am more angry than I have been in a while (and that's saying quite a lot given recent happenings) with the midwife who "attended" my sister's birth. Yesterday, they finally had a follow-up visit (3.5 weeks later--sorry excuse for care, IMO), and the midwife begins to dump on Vicky all the things
