Oh no. This is entirely too familiar to me.

I'd say the typical, "Be honest, and straight-forward, blah blah blah..." But obviously this isn't working with this guy. He's pretty egotistical to think he can make you change your mind.

Unfortunately, I don't have a solution for you. Just sympathy and understanding for your situation. Let me know if you come up with a solution...I have had a similar situation, but it's lasted for almost a year now. The truth simply refuses to sink itself into this guy's skull!

You can always take the Positive K approach to this guy. Though I'm sure he'd take the Positive K approach back.

Actually, it was Tate. I knew you would just laugh at me. Tate would volunteer to kick him down a flight of stairs. That's true friendship for you.
