Noon would work. The problem is that all hours before noon are for tea and after noon you switch to wine. So if I got rid of all the hours before noon there would be no more tea. And this would be sad.

Well, you might get rid of 7 AM if you rule the world. Me, I'm switching to 36 hour days. That way I can work all day and still sleep 14 hours a night.

Maybe you'd be a lazy ruler, but I'd be saving up for my retirement. I don't want a stupid tyranny that ends in death or dismemberment, I want to walk away. I'm gonna pass off my conquests Dread Pirate Roberts style. The Dread Pirate Errol doesn't have quite the same ring, no?
